📌 INDICAZIONI GENERALI PER GLI ESPOSITORI

  • L’organizzazione si riserva il diritto di selezionare gli espositori e di assegnare le postazioni per ottimizzare la distribuzione e migliorare l’esperienza dei visitatori.
  • Verrà data priorità e miglior posizionamento a chi espone animali.

📏 Dotazione postazione

Ogni tavolo comprende:

  • Tavolo 220 cm x 70 cm
  • Sedie o panca
  • Accesso a corrente elettrica 220W
  • Pubblicità sul sito ufficiale MRM

🎫 Pass espositori

Ogni espositore ha diritto a 2 pass.

Per metrature importanti è possibile concordare un numero maggiore.

🕒 ORARI EVENTO

📍 Location: E-Work Arena

Sabato 30 gennaio 2027 (SOLO PER GLI ESPOSITORI)

  • Accesso espositori: 14:00 – 19:30
  • Chiusura palazzetto: 19:30

Domenica 31 gennaio 2027

  • Accesso espositori: 7:30
  • Apertura al pubblico: 10:00
  • Chiusura al pubblico: 19:00
  • Smantellamento stand: fino alle 20:30

📜 REGOLAMENTO E LIMITAZIONI

✅ È consentito:

  • Cessione/scambio di rettili, anfibi, insetti, piante, attrezzature, accessori, libri e riviste di settore

❌ È vietato:

  • Esporre o cedere mammiferi e uccelli
  • Alimentare animali con roditori vivi o morti
  • Tenere animali liberi sui banchi
  • Maneggiare animali se non necessario per compravendita
  • Esporre il falso serpente corallo (Lampropeltis getula) ai sensi del D.Lgs. 230/2017

Violazioni comporteranno ritiro immediato degli animali e possibile esclusione dalle future edizioni.

📑 Obblighi documentali

  • Obbligatoria documentazione CITES e Convenzione di Berna (ove prevista)
  • Rispetto normativa:
    • Legge 150/1992 e successive modifiche
    • DM 19/04/1996
    • Decreto Legislativo 135/2022
    • Decreto Legge 213/2003 (Aracnidi e Scorpioni)
    • Regolamento CE 1/2005 (trasporto animali)
  • Obbligo modello IV elettronico o certificazione TRACES NT
  • Animali devono essere identificati secondo normativa vigente

🐢 Benessere animale

  • Animali in buona salute
  • Box con substrato adeguato
  • Dimensioni idonee
  • No sovraffollamento
  • In caso di irregolarità l’organizzazione potrà intervenire

Gli espositori sono responsabili di eventuali danni causati dai propri animali.

To book an exhibition space at Milano Reptiles Meeting 2027, please carefully follow the instructions below.

It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to exhibit MAMMALS at Milano Reptiles Meeting 2027.

📧 HOW TO BOOK

Please send an email to:

The email must include the following information:

  1. Company name / Breeder name
  2. Number of tables requested
  3. Tax Code / VAT number
  4. Billing details:
    • Full name (or company name)
    • Registered address or fiscal domicile
    • Postal code
    • City
  5. Species you intend to exhibit (reptiles, amphibians, insects, plants, etc.)
  6. Phone contact number
  7. Electronic invoicing code (for companies only)
  8. Photos and/or logos for promotional publications

📌 GENERAL INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS

• The organization reserves the right to select exhibitors and assign booth locations in order to optimize distribution and improve the visitor experience.

• Priority and better positioning will be given to exhibitors displaying live animals.

📏 Booth Equipment

Each table includes:

• Table (220 cm x 70 cm)

• Chairs

• Access to 220W electrical power

• Advertising on the official MRM website

🎫 Exhibitor Passes

Each exhibitor is entitled to 2 passes.

For larger booth spaces, additional passes may be arranged upon request.

🕒 EVENT SCHEDULE

📍 Location: E-Work Arena

Saturday, January 30, 2027 (ONLY FOR EXHIBITORS)

• Exhibitor access: 2:00 PM – 7:30 PM

• Venue closes: 7:30 PM

Sunday, January 31, 2027

• Exhibitor access: 7:30 AM

• Opening to the public: 10:00 AM

• Closing to the public: 7:00 PM

• Booth dismantling allowed until: 8:30 PM

📜 RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

✅ Permitted:

• Sale/exchange of reptiles, amphibians, insects, plants, equipment, accessories, books, and industry magazines

❌ Strictly Prohibited:

• Exhibition or sale of mammals and birds

• Feeding animals with live or dead rodents

• Keeping animals loose on tables

• Handling animals unless strictly necessary for sales operations

• Exhibition or trade of the false coral snake (Lampropeltis getula) pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 230/2017

Violations will result in immediate removal of the animals and possible exclusion from future editions of the event.

📑 Documentation Requirements

• Mandatory CITES and Bern Convention documentation (where applicable)

• Compliance with the following regulations:

• Italian Law 150/1992 and subsequent amendments

• Ministerial Decree 19/04/1996

• Legislative Decree 135/2022

• Law Decree 213/2003 (Arachnids and Scorpions)

• EC Regulation 1/2005 (animal transport)

• Mandatory electronic Model IV declaration or TRACES NT certification

• All animals must be properly identified in accordance with current legislation

🐢 Animal Welfare

• All animals must be in good health

• Appropriate substrate must be provided inside enclosures

• Enclosures must be of adequate size

• Overcrowding is strictly prohibited

• The organization reserves the right to intervene in case of irregularities

Exhibitors are fully responsible for any damage caused by their animals.
