E’ possibile cedere/scambiare rettili, anfibi insetti, piante, attrezzature e accessori nonché libri e riviste di settore. La cessione/scambio di MAMMIFERI, UCCELLI o altre specie è TASSATIVAMENTE VIETATA. Qualora i controlli riscontrassero violazioni in questo senso gli animali verranno fatti togliere dall’esposizione, e verrà preso in considerazione l’allontanamento dalla manifestazione per gli anni a seguire.
E’ OBBLIGATORIO che gli animali presenti nelle liste CITES o nella Convenzione di Berna abbiano la relativa documentazione. La vendita scambio di Aracnidi e Scorpioni è regolamentata dal decreto legge n. 213/2003. Si ricorda che è vietata la detenzione di soggetti appartenenti alle specie pericolose di cui alla normativa Legge150/1992 e s.m.i., DM del 19/04/1996 e Decreto Legislativo n. 135/2022
Tutti gli animali esposti devono essere in buona salute, animali visibilmente malati, debilitati o moribondi verranno fatti ritirare immediatamente dall’esposizione, pena l’allontanamento dell’espositore dalla manifestazione.
Gli animali devono essere esposti in box o contenitori con un substrato adeguato.I box devono avere dimensioni adeguate ed ospitare se possibile animali singoli.
Qualora vengano esibiti più esemplari nello stesso box questo dovrà avere dimensioni idonee per evitare sovraffollamento.
In caso di box considerati sovraffollati o inadeguati l’organizzazione si riserva di prendere i provvedimenti che riterrà più opportuni. E’ vietato alimentare gli animali con roditori vivi e/o morti. E’ vietato maneggiare gli animali se non è strettamente necessario per le operazioni di compravendita. E’ vietato mantenere animali liberi sui banchi. Gli espositori restano i responsabili dei danni che gli animali possono infliggere a terzi.
E’ OVVIAMENTE OBBLIGATORIO che tutti gli espositori abbiano tutti i documenti in regola per poter esporre all’evento.
Tutti gli animali dovranno essere opportunamente identificati secondo la normativa vigente . Tutti gli animali, per la quale è previsto dalla normativa vigente, dovranno essere scortati da una dichiarazione di provenienza in formato elettronico (modello IV elettronico) riportante, ove prevista, l’identificazione; per gli animali in provenienza da Paesi Membri tale dichiarazione è rappresentata dal certificato TRACES NT
gli automezzi adibiti al trasporto di animali dovranno essere in possesso di autorizzazione così come previsto dal REG. CE 1/2005; gli autotrasportatori dovranno essere muniti di attestazione di formazione specifica ai sensi del REG. CE 1/2005 e successive modifiche
E’ vietato il commercio e l’esposizione del falso serpente corallo (Lampropeltis getula) come da disposizioni del D. Lgs. 15 dicembre 2017, n. 230
Tutti gli animali dovranno essere detenuti nel rispetto di quanto previsto dal Decreto Legislativo n. 135/2022;
Per quanto concerne gli anfibi dell’Ordine Caudata eventualmente presenti, con lo scopo di contenere l’infezione di Batrachochytrium salamandrivorans, al fine della movimentazione da Paesi Membri e qualora tali movimenti ricadano nel campo di applicazione della Decisione di Esecuzione (UE) 2021/361, dovranno essere rispettati i requisiti previsti da tale Decisione.

The organization reserves the selection of exhibitors and reserves to decide the position of each exhibitor in the event.
Wait for an answer from the organization
Each exhibitor will have two passes.
For a lot of tables we can decided the number of passes required.
Exhibitors have access to the PalaYamamay on Saturday 31 JANUARY 2026 from 2pm
at 7.30 pm (from 7.30 pm the building will be CLOSED)
and Sunday 1 FEBRUARY 2026 from 7.00 am
The event will open to the public on Sunday 1 FEBRUARY 2026 at 10am.
The event will close on Sunday 1 FEBRUARY 2026 at 7 pm for the public and it will be possible to dismantle the exhibition spaces until 8 30pm
It is forbidden to handle animals unless strictly necessary. Exhibitors remain responsible for the damage that animals can inflict on third parties.
EVENT RULES AND LIMITATIONS:
It is possible to sell/exchange reptiles, amphibians, insects, plants, equipment and accessories as well as books and magazines. The transfer/exchange of MAMMALS , BIRDS or other species is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If checks reveal violations in this sense, the animals will be removed from the exhibition, and removal from the event for the following years will be considered. It is MANDATORY that animals present in the CITES or Berne Convention lists have the relevant documentation. The exchange sale of Arachnids and Scorpions is regulated by the Legislative Decree no. 213/2003. Please remember that the detention of subjects belonging to dangerous species pursuant to Law 150/1992 and subsequent amendments, Ministerial Decree of 04/19/1996 and Legislative Decree no. is prohibited. 135/2022
All exhibited animals must be in good health, visibly sick, debilitated or dying animals will be removed from the exhibition immediately, under penalty of removal of the exhibitor from the event.
The animals must be exhibited in boxes or containers with an adequate substrate. The boxes must have adequate dimensions and accommodate single animals if possible. If multiple specimens are exhibited in the same box, this must be of suitable size to avoid overcrowding. In the case of boxes considered overcrowded or inadequate, the organization reserves the right to take the measures it deems most appropriate. It is forbidden to feed animals live and/or dead rodents. It is forbidden to handle animals if it is not strictly necessary for the purchase and sale operations. It is forbidden to keep animals free on the benches. Exhibitors remain responsible for any damage that animals may inflict on third parties. IT IS OBVIOUSLY MANDATORY that all exhibitors have all documents in order to be able to exhibit at the event. All animals must be appropriately identified according to current legislation. All animals, for which it is required by current legislation, must be accompanied by a declaration of origin in electronic format (electronic IV form) showing, where applicable, identification; for animals coming from Member Countries this declaration is represented by the TRACES NT certificate. Vehicles used for the transport of animals must have an authorization as required by the REG. EC 1/2005; hauliers must have a specific training certificate pursuant to the REG. CE 1/2005 and subsequent amendments. The trade and exhibition of the false coral snake (Lampropeltis getula) is prohibited as per the provisions of Legislative Decree 15 December 2017, n. 230. All animals must be kept in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 135/2022;. As regards the amphibians of the Caudata Order that may be present, with the aim of containing the infection of Batrachochytrium salamandrivorans, for the purpose of movement from Member Countries and if such movements fall within the field of application of the Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/361 , the requirements established by this Decision must be respected.
