Tutti gli espositori che arrivano con animali vivi devono rispettare le normative sul trasporto animali vivi, le norme sanitarie per gli scambi e le importazioni nella Comunità Europea. (TRACES, Certificato veterinario).
PRESCRIZIONI SPECIALI PER ANFIBI APPARTENENTI ALL’ORDINE CAUDATA PROVENIENTI DA ALTRI STATI MEMBRI UE
Riguardo all’esposizione e alla vendita di anfibi dell’ordine Caudata, allo scopo di contenere l’infezione di Batrachochytrium salamandrivorans e come previsto dalla Decisione di Esecuzione (UE) 2021/361 della commissione del 22 febbraio 2021 dovranno essere rispettati i presenti requisiti:
a) Le salamandre devono provenire da una popolazione in cui:
1. non si registrano decessi le cui cause siano indeterminate;
2. non si registrano decessi dovuti al Bsal;
3. non sono presenti segni clinici del Bsal, in particolare lesioni e ulcere cutanee;
b) le salamandre non devono presentare segni clinici o sintomi del Bsal, in particolare non devono presentare lesioni né ulcere cutanee al momento dell’esame da parte del veterinario ufficiale; tale esame deve essere effettuato nelle 48 ore precedenti la spedizione della partita nello Stato membro di destinazione;
c) la partita deve essere costituita da salamandre che soddisfano almeno una delle seguenti serie di prescrizioni:
1. devono essere state sottoposte a quarantena in uno stabilimento adeguato per un periodo almeno pari alle sei settimane immediatamente precedenti la data di rilascio del certificato sanitario conforme al modello di cui all’allegato I, parte A; e campioni cutanei prelevati dalle salamandre della partita mediante tampone devono essere stati sottoposti, con esito negativo, alla prova diagnostica adeguata per la ricerca del Bsal durante la quinta settimana del periodo di quarantena, conformemente alle dimensioni del campione di cui all’allegato III, punto 1), lettera a); o
2. devono essere state sottoposte a trattamento contro il Bsal in maniera ritenuta soddisfacente dall’autorità competente, conformemente alla tabella di riferimento di cui all’allegato III, punto 1), lettera b); o
3. devono provenire da uno stabilimento confinato ed essere destinate a un altro stabilimento confinato;o
4. devono essere entrate nell’Unione in provenienza da un paese terzo, essere state sottoposte a quarantena in uno stabilimento adeguato di destinazione conformemente all’articolo 6 ed essere state tenute isolate da altre salamandre tra la fine di tale periodo di quarantena e il rilascio del certificato sanitario di cui alla lettera d);
d) le partite devono essere accompagnate da un certificato sanitario redatto conformemente al modello di certificato sanitario di cui all’allegato I, parte A.

The organization reserves the selection of exhibitors and reserves to decide the position of each exhibitor in the event.
Wait for an answer from the organization
Each exhibitor will have two passes.
For a lot of tables we can decided the number of passes required.
Exhibitors have access to the PalaYamamay on Saturday 20 JANUARY 2024 from 2pm
at 8.00 pm (from 8.00 pm the building will be CLOSED)
and Sunday 21 JANUARY 2024 from 7:30 am
The event will open to the public on Sunday 21 JANUARY 2024 at 10am.
The event will close on Sunday 21 JANUARY 2024 at 7 pm for the public and it will be possible to dismantle the exhibition spaces until 8 30pm
It is possible to sell / exchange reptiles, insect amphibians, plants, equipment, accessories (MAMMALS FORBIDDEN).
Animals in CITES lists or in the Berne Convention MUST have the relative documentation.
IT IS FORBIDDEN to exhibit and / or sell DANGEROUS animals from the Ministerial Decree list of 19-4-1996. 15-5-2001. 07/03/2003
The exchange of Arachnids and Scorpions is prohibited due to the decree law n. 213/2003.
Animals must be in good health and must be displayed in containers of suitable size and substrate.
Feeding animals with live and / or dead rodents is prohibited.
It is forbidden to handle animals unless strictly necessary. Exhibitors remain responsible for the damage that animals can inflict on third parties.
It’s forbidden to sell/exchange: Lampropeltis getula ssp.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR AMPHIBIANS BELONGING TO THE CAUDATA ORDER COMING FROM OTHER EU MEMBER STATES
With regard to the display and sale of amphibians of the order Caudata, in order to contain the infection of Batrachochytrium salamandrivorans and as provided for by the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/361 of February 22, 2021, the following requirements must be met:
a) Salamanders must come from a population where:
1. there are no deaths whose causes are undetermined;
2. there are no deaths due to Bsal;
3. there are no clinical signs of Bsal, in particular lesions and skin ulcers;
b) salamanders must not show clinical signs or symptoms of Bsal, in particular they must not show skin lesions or ulcers at the time of examination by the official veterinarian; this examination must be carried out within 48 hours prior to the shipment of the consignment to the Member State of destination;
(c) the consignment must consist of salamanders which meet at least one of the following sets of requirements:
1. must have been quarantined in an appropriate establishment for a period of at least six weeks immediately preceding the date of issue of the health certificate conforming to the model referred to in Annex I, Part A; and skin samples taken from the salamanders of the consignment by means of a swab must have been subjected, with negative results, to the appropriate diagnostic test for the detection of Bsal during the fifth week of the quarantine period, in accordance with the sample size referred to in Annex III, point 1), letter a); or
2. must have been subjected to treatment against Bsal in a manner deemed satisfactory by the competent authority, in accordance with the reference table in Annex III, point 1), letter b); or
3. They must come from a confined establishment and be destined for another confined establishment; or
4. they must have entered the Union from a third country, have been quarantined in an appropriate establishment of destination in accordance with Article 6 and have been kept isolated from other salamanders between the end of that quarantine period and release the health certificate referred to in letter d);
d) the consignments must be accompanied by a health certificate drawn up in accordance with the model health certificate referred to in Annex I, part A.
