To book some tables at the MILANO REPTILES MEETING 2020

1) COMPANY NAME / BREEDER NAME
2) Animals / Products that you want to exhibit
3) Number of tables you want to take (max 3 sorry, we have a lot of requests)
4) Mobile number
5) Billing for tables
– name and surname – or name if company
– residence or tax domicile – cap – city
– tax code and (if present) VAT number.
6) Photos and / or logos for social media publications
The organization reserves the selection of exhibitors and reserves to decide the position of each exhibitor in the event.
Wait for an answer from the organization
The cost of the table for the edition of the MILANO REPTILES MEETING 2020 is 40 EURO (taxes included) and includes table, chairs and 220W .
Each exhibitor will have two passes.
For a lot of tables we can decided the number of passes required.
Each extra pass will cost 10 euros.
Exhibitors have access to the PalaYamamay on Saturday 18 January 2020 from 2pm
at 9.00 pm (from 9.00 pm the building will be CLOSED)
and Sunday 19 January 2020 from 7:30 am
The event will open to the public on Sunday 19 January 2020 at 10am.
The event will close on Sunday 19 January at 7 pm for the public and it will be possible to dismantle the exhibition spaces until 8 30.
It is possible to sell / exchange reptiles, insect amphibians, plants, equipment, accessories and small mammals.
Animals in CITES lists or in the Berne Convention MUST have the relative documentation.
IT IS FORBIDDEN to exhibit and / or sell DANGEROUS animals from the Ministerial Decree list of 19-4-1996. 15-5-2001. 07/03/2003
The exchange of Arachnids and Scorpions is prohibited due to the decree law n. 213/2003.
Animals must be in good health and must be displayed in containers of suitable size and substrate.
Feeding animals with live and / or dead rodents is prohibited.
It is forbidden to handle animals unless strictly necessary. Exhibitors remain responsible for the damage that animals can inflict on third parties
IT IS MANDATORY that all exhibitors have all the documents in order to be able to exhibit at the event (OBVIOUSLY !!)
